Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery. Please contact us at pixellecam@gmail.com with your full name and order number before returning an item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
